We are having Fall weather this week with the bit of brisk in the air.
I am proud to say I have been making great progress on all of my WIPs: Shells on the Beach are drying, one gift is done, the other gift is 2/3 done and is awaiting its third ball of yarn, and Barber Polin’ Flaps have reached its 9″:
I can move on in the pattern which
is will be decreasing a little and then knitting a couple of rounds to make a smaller bump on top.
This week has been a tad busy prepping for our school’s upcoming Halloween. I had to go into the office today to use the Riso machine to run off over 500 copies of the Halloween sign up form which got translated by the awesome Dilys last night. Then I had to count for each classroom and place each stack in the teachers’ mailboxes. Gotta love that Riso; saved me hella time.
Today I wore my Poll de Shawl for the first time with my new shawl pin:
Nothin’ like a pop of color among neutrals.
Have a wonderful day. I’m off to make tonight’s dinner in advance since we get home later from Princess Cupcake’s lesson.
